Ghavane Neer Dosa

   Ingredients: 2 bowls of rice water salt oil First soak 2 bowls of rice in water for 7 to 8 hours. After 8 hours, wash the rice and grind it finely in a mixer. Add 1 cup of water and prepare the mixture. Once the pan is hot, oil it and pour the mixture on the pan. Cover the pan. Turn after 2 minutes. After 1 minute take it out on a plate. Steamed Modak

   Ingredients: 1 cup grated wet coconut. 1 cup grated jaggery 1 cup rice flour 1 cup water 1 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp cardamom powder  salt  For the stuffing add coconut and jaggery in a pot and cook it. When the mixture thickens a little, add cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Let the Modak stuffing to cool. Now heat 1 bowl of water in a pot. When the water is hot, add 1 tsp ghee and 1/2 tsp salt. Now add 1 cup of rice flour and mix well. And keep it covered for 10 minutes.  After 10 minutes, knead the dough until soft. Now take lemon-shaped dough and roll it round. Form a Modak by joining all the edges in this way keeping the stuffing in between. Prepare all Modak in this way. Rice Flour Crispy Sev

   Ingredients: 4 bowls rice flour  1& 1/2 bowl gram flour 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 teaspoons red chili powder 2 teaspoons ghee  1/2 liters water  First, heat one and a half liters of water in a pot. When the water boils, keep half the water aside. Now add 2 tbsp of ghee to the remaining water. Once the ghee melts, add cumin seeds, red chillis, salt and turmeric powder and bring to a boil. Mix dry rice flour and gram flour well. Now add flour to hot water and stir well. And keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add warm water little by little to the flour and knead it well. Now apply a little water inside the Sev mold and fill it with flour. Put a pan on the gas and heat the oil. Puffed Rice ladoo

   Ingredients: murmurers  1/2 kg jaggery  1 cup water First, heat the murmurers in a pan for 4 to 5 minutes. and take out in a large plate. Now add 1/2 cup of water to the jaggery and prepare the paste. When the syrup is thickens a little, add the murmurers and mix well. Apply water to your hands while the mixture is hot.   Ingredients: 1 bowl cleaned prawns.  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.  1 tbsp coriander and green chili paste.  3 chopped onions  2 chopped ​​tomatoes  salt  oil  6 to 7 curry leaves  1/4 cup coriander  1 tbsp red chili powder  1/2 tsp coriander &  cumin powder   First, heat one and a half spoons of oil in a pan. Bread Cheese Cutlet

 Ingredients: Bread slices 2 boiled potatoes 1 capsicum finely chopped. 7 to 8 crushed garlic cloves 1 chopped onion 1/2 cup  cheese 1 cup  gram flour salt turmeric powder   Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, crushed garlic. Mix all the ingredients well. Cut the bread slices into round shapes. Stuff the cheese into the potato mixture and form balls by pressing lightly on the palm of your hand. Take a bread slice and place the potato ball. Place another bread slice on it and press lightly. Now take gram flour in a bowl, add salt and turmeric to it, and add water to make a thick mixture. Dip the bread cutlet completely in the gram flour mixture and leave it in the pan.     Ingredients: 1 large brinjal 6 to 7 green chilies  2 large onions finely chopped.  salt  juice of one lemon  1/4 cup grated coconut  First wash and dry a large brinjal, apply 1/2 tsp oil on it and place it on a roasting net or keep it on direct flame. Roast for 15 minutes on medium heat. Roast the green chillis in this way as well. Remove the skin of the brinjal with tongs. Now crush the roasted green chillis and brinjal in a mortar.     Ingredients: 4 eggs 4 big onions 1  chopped tomato 7 to 8 chopped   green chilies. 7 to 8 leaves curry leaves 1/4 cup coriander  1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder  salt  1/4 tsp turmeric powder  Salt  Oil Keep pan on flame and add 2 tbsp oil. When the oil is hot, add green chillis. When the chilies are fried a little, add coriander leaves and add onion. When onion turns pink, add tomatoes.   Dal soup Dal soup is a popular and delicious Indian soup made from lentils. Here is a recipe to make it: Ingredients: 1 cup yellow or red lentils (also called masoor dal or Toor dal) 4 cups water 1 small onion  2 cloves garlic 1 small tomato 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp vegetable oil Salt to taste Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.  Lemon juice  Instructions: Rinse the lentils thoroughly in a strainer and set them aside.  Ingredients: 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato  1/4 cup chopped pumpkin. 3inch chopped drumsticks.  1/4 cup tamarind pulp  Oil Salt Sambhar masala  Red chili powder 7 to 8 curry leaves 1/4 tsp mustard  2 pinches of asafetida 1 dried red chili   1/4 cup chopped brinjal.       First wash the tur dal (pigeon pea). Add 3 cups of water. Cook in the cooker. Pour the cooked dal into a pot and put it on the gas. Now add salt, tamarind pulp, sambar masala and red chili powder. Cook the dal on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Heat oil for Tadaka.  Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, asafetida, curry leaves and red chilies. After tadka cover and simmer for 1 minute.
