Bangda Fish(Indian Mackerel)Fry
Ingredients:
- 5 to 6 bangda fish
- semolina
- red chillis powder
- ginger-garlic paste.
- kokum juice
- salt
- Oil
First cut the fish. Keep the cut fish with salt for some time.
After 10 minutes, wash the fish with water. Then add ginger-garlic paste, red
chili powder and kokum juice or lemon juice to the fish and keep it for 20 to
30 minutes. After 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. After the oil heats up, add
fish semolina or rice flour and leave it in the pan. Fry the fish until it
turns red.
