Egg Burji

  Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 big onions
  • chopped tomato
  • 7 to 8 chopped green chilies.
  • 7 to 8 leaves curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup coriander 
  • 1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
  •  salt 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  •  Salt
  •  Oil


Egg Burji


Keep pan on flame and add 2 tbsp oil. When the oil is hot, add green chillis. When the chilies are fried a little, add coriander leaves and add onion. When onion turns pink, add tomatoes. After 1 minute add turmeric, salt and coriander and sauté well. Now crack the egg in a bowl and add it to the pan.  Add 1/2 tsp coriander, cumin powder for taste. And cook Burji on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Hot instant Burji ready.
