Tutti-frutti Ice Cream

   Ingredients: 4 cups of milk 1 cup of sugar  4 teaspoons of custard powder  essence First take 4 cups of milk in a vessel and heat it on low flame. Add 4 teaspoons of custard powder to 1/4 cup of milk and mix well. When the milk boils, add sugar. After the sugar dissolves, add the custard powder mixed with milk and stir well. Stir continuously for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame when the mixture thickens a little. After cooling, add your Favorite essence and mix well. Seven layer sweet neer dosa

   Ingredients: 2 bowls of rice 1 bowl of grated wet coconut 1 bowl of jaggery water salt oil First soak 2 bowls of rice in water for 7 to 8 hours. After 8 hours, wash the rice and grind it finely in a mixer. Add 1 cup of water and prepare the mixture. For stuffing, mix wet coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder well in a bowl. Once the pan is hot, oil it and pour the mixture on the pan. Cover the pan. Turn the wound after 2 minutes. Now add jaggery-coconut mixture on half and fold it in half. Now apply oil to half of the pan and add the mixture. Add jaggery-coconut stuffing and cook covered for 1 minute. Fold in half. Do this 5-7 times. Remove on a plate. Mandeli (Anchovy) fish curry

Ingredients:  Anchovy  fish 1 bowl wet coconut 7 to 8 red  chilies 1 onion 6 to 7 garlic cloves 1 tsp coriander seeds  6 to 7 t irphala  (Szechuan Pepper)  turmeric powder  salt  4 to 5 kokum First cut and clean the  Anchovies . Add salt and keep it for 10 minutes. Wash off after 10 minutes. Now add wet coconut, onion, garlic, red chilies, tirphal (Szechuan Pepper),  coriander seeds, and turmeric powder and add ½ cup water and grind it finely. Heat one and a half teaspoon oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and  curry   leaves.  When onion turns pink, add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add washed anchovies and salt and Saute. Now add coconut gravy and kokum and add water as required. cover and cook for 10 minutes. Ingredients: Mandeli Fish Ginger  Garlic Coriander Turmeric powder Kokum juice semolina Rice flour salt Oil First cut and clean the mandeli. Add salt and keep it for 10 minutes. Wash off after 10 minutes. Now add ginger, garlic, red chillies, coriander, turmeric powder in the mixer and grind it finely. Apply red chili paste, kokum juice and salt to the washed fish and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. After the oil heats up, add semolina and rice flour to the fish and leave it in the pan. Fry the fish until it turns red.    Banana stem vegetable Ingredients: 3 banana trunks of 1 foot length 2 chopped onions 5 to 6 chopped green chilies 6 to 7 crushed garlic cloves 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds curry leaves chopped coriander.  ¼ cup grated coconut 1/4 tsp asafetida powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp oil salt First, cut 1/2-inch-thick slices of the banana stem. Remove the threads like this. And cut into small squares and keep in water for 5 minutes. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. When mustard crackles, add cumin seeds. Add asafetida, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, chopped onion, turmeric powder and salt and salute. Now add chopped vegetables and mix well. Kokum Juice

   Ingredients: 2 glasses of water 2 teaspoons of kokum syrup  6 to 7 teaspoons of sugar  1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder  1/2 teaspoon of black salt Take 2 glasses of water in a bowl. Green Mango Marmalade

Ingredients: 3 raw mangos  3 cups sugar 1 tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp red chillis powder First peel and grate the raw mango. Take sugar equal to the quantity of grated raw mango. Add grated raw mango and sugar in a bowl and mix well. And tie a cotton cloth like this and keep it in the sun for 7 to 8 days. Stir the mixture daily and keep it in the sun. After 8 days After the sugar dissolves completely, add 1 tsp red chillis powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix well. and store in a dry glass jar. Butter Chakli

   Ingredients: 2 cups of rice flour 1/2 cup of semolina 2 and a half cups of water 2 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds 1 teaspoon of white or black sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon of asafetida powder 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder salt oil. First heat two and a half bowls of water in a pot. After boiling water, add salt, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, black pepper powder, asafetida powder and 2 tbsp butter and stir well. Reduce heat and add semolina and rice flour and mix well. Turn off the heat and keep the mixture covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take out the dough in a big plate and knead it. Now apply some water inside the Chakali Mould, fill it with flour and make Chakali in a plate. Heat the oil by placing a pan on the gas. Once the oil is hot, fry the Chakali on medium to high flame. Mango Ice Cream

   Ingredients: 2 bowl milk 1/2 bowl sugar 2 alphonso mangoes  2 teaspoons custard powder  1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence     First heat 2 bowl of milk in a saucepan on low flame. Add 2 teaspoons of custard powder to 1/2 bowl of raw milk and mix well and keep aside. Blend the sliced mangoes through a food processor. After 15 minutes, when the milk boils, add 1/2 bowl of sugar. After sugar dissolves, add custard powder and boil for 5 minutes. Add mango pulp and stir well.   Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence and switch off the flame. After the mixture cools, pour it into an ice cream pot and place small mango slices on it for decoration.   Keep in the freezer. Coconut Ladoo

        ingredient: 2 cups grated dry coconut. 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 tsp cardamom powder  pistachios First add sugar and water  in a pot and put it on the gas. Stir the mixture for 10 minutes. Once the sugar syrup thickens, add coconut and cardamom powder and mix well. Make the Ladoo while the mixture is hot. Garnish with pistachios on top. For Details:

    Ingredients: 1/2 cup semolina  3/4 cup wheat flour pinch of baking soda 1/2 tsp salt white peas turmeric powder fennel powder sprouted mung bean boiled potato chaat masala. coriander mint leaves black salt grated jaggery red chili powder First mix the semolina and flour well. Add salt and baking soda to it and knead into a thick dough. Cover the kneaded dough for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes make small balls of the dough. Make puris with puri press machine. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, leave it in the oil and press it lightly with the back of frying spoon. Fry till it turns red. To make ragda, cook soaked white peas until soft. While cooking, add salt, turmeric powder and fennel powder. Once cooked, mash it with a potato masher.   For stuffing take boiled sprouted mung bean and boiled potato and mix it with chopped onion and chaat masala.
