Mango Ice Cream

  Ingredients:

  • 2 bowl milk
  • 1/2 bowl sugar
  • 2 alphonso mangoes
  •  2 teaspoons custard powder
  •  1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

Mango Ice Cream
   First heat 2 bowl of milk in a saucepan on low flame. Add 2 teaspoons of custard powder to 1/2 bowl of raw milk and mix well and keep aside. Blend the sliced mangoes through a food processor. After 15 minutes, when the milk boils, add 1/2 bowl of sugar. After sugar dissolves, add custard powder and boil for 5 minutes. Add mango pulp and stir well.  Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence and switch off the flame. After the mixture cools, pour it into an ice cream pot and place small mango slices on it for decoration.  Keep in the freezer. Mango ice cream ready to eat.
