Mandeli Fish Fry (Anchovy fish)

Ingredients:
  • Mandeli Fish
  • Ginger 
  • Garlic
  • Coriander
  • Turmeric powder
  • Kokum juice
  • semolina
  • Rice flour
  • salt
  • Oil


Mandeli Fry


First cut and clean the mandeli. Add salt and keep it for 10 minutes. Wash off after 10 minutes. Now add ginger, garlic, red chillies, coriander, turmeric powder in the mixer and grind it finely. Apply red chili paste, kokum juice and salt to the washed fish and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. After the oil heats up, add semolina and rice flour to the fish and leave it in the pan. Fry the fish until it turns red.
