Tutti-frutti Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 teaspoons of custard powder
- essence
First take 4 cups of milk in a vessel and heat
it on low flame. Add 4 teaspoons of custard powder to 1/4 cup of milk and mix
well. When the milk boils, add sugar. After the sugar dissolves, add the
custard powder mixed with milk and stir well. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame when the mixture thickens a little. After cooling, add your Favorite essence and mix well. Pour into an ice cream pot, top with tutti-frutti and keep in the freezer for 10 to 12 hours. Tutti-frutti ice cream is ready.
