Mumbai's favourite fast food! Vada Pav

 Vada Pav         Vada Pav is believed to have originated in the city of Mumbai in the 1960s. It was created as an affordable snack for the working-class population of Mumbai city. Vada pav is a popular street food in the Indian state of Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai. Vada is prepared by mashing boiled potatoes and mixing it with green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric and various spices. They are then dipped in gram flour and deep fried until golden and crispy. which is served inside a small pava. The pava is served with chutney and sometimes fried green chillies and garlic chutney on the side.
