Mango Malai Burfi

 Ingredients:

  •  4 to 5 mangoes
  •  2 cups of milk
  •  2 cups of sugar
  •  1 teaspoon of corn flour
  •  1/2 teaspoon of citric acid

Mango Malai Burfi

Cut the mangoes and extract the juice. Take sugar in equal proportion to juice. Heat 2 cups of milk in a pan. Mix 1 teaspoon of corn flour with water. In another bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid with water. When the milk is reduced to half, add citric acid and corn flour mixed with water. After 2 minutes add mango juice. Now add sugar and keep stirring the mixture on low flame. Turn off the heat when the mixture thickens a little. Pour it in a greased plate and spread it well. Add dry fruit powder on top. Cut the burfi after 2 to 3 hours.
