Ingredients:
- 2 bowls of parboiled rice (brown rice)
- 2 bowls of rice
- 1 bowl of urad dal
- 1 spoon of fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
First soak rice and dal in water for 7 to 8 hours separately. After 8 hours, wash the rice and dal and
grind them finely in a mixer. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking
soda to the flour mixture and stir well. Add water as required. And cover the
dough for 7 to 8 hours. After 8 hours the dough will ferment nicely. Beat the batter well. Heat the dosa pan well. Cover it. Apply
some ghee on top. After 2 minutes take
out the dosa in a plate. Serve with chutney and sambar. Crispy paper dosa is
ready.
