Breadfruit Fry

  Ingredients:

  • 1 Breadfruit
  • 1 tsp red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • oil
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 tsp semolina 
  • water

 First apply oil on both hands. Remove the thorny part of the breadfruit. And cut vertically in the middle. Cut the chopped breadfruit into 1/4-inch-thick slices. And keep it in water for 10 minutes. Take out the breadfruit slices in a plate and sprinkle them with 1 tsp red chili powder, coriander cumin powder, salt and turmeric powder. Keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Add semolina, salt and red chili powder to the rice flour and mix well.  After 10 minutes, heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil on it. Now apply the rice flour on the slice and place it on the pan. Turn after 2 to 3 minutes. And fry the other side until it turns golden brown. Tasty breadfruit slices are ready.
